Vulnerability - Lots of things are scary, difficult and sometimes overwhelming, we do better when we admit this.

Chutzpah - If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing with a true heart and fire in the belly.

Co-Creation - Creativity is naturally expansive and collaborative, but we can choose to go even further in trusting others to shape what we do as we do it, so that’s what we do.

Playfulness - We like to work with joy and have a laugh. We’ve all experienced childlike glee in our lives, but probably not much since we stopped climbing on the monkey bars. Let’s create spaces that take us back to that sense of freedom.

Nurture - Patiently, consciously and generously we look after our stories and our people.

Integrity - Talk the talk, walk the walk, make sure everyone gets paid, deal with intolerance, all that good stuff, even if it's uncomfortable.
